Who We Are

An English speaking, multi-cultural church, in the heart of Uppsala.

We are a community of believers from all over the world, journeying together as we grow in faith and service to the Lord.

“A welcoming multi-cultural community where it does not matter who you are”

God

God loves everyone no matter who you are and we as a church want to carry out Gods love. We have our eyes fixed on the One who save us all, Jesus, and we want to be a part of fulfilling His great commission - making disciples of all nations and teaching them to fully follow Jesus in their everyday lives. Our teaching is bible based, evangelical Lutheran.

Community

We are a Multi-Cultural Community, having members from all over the world, including many from Sweden itself. Our Goal is to create a welcoming multi-cultural community where it does not matter who you are. We believe that diversity brings enrichment and that everybody is precious and has something to contribute.

We encourage people to ask questions and giving their own viewpoints. We are always open for prayers and discussions. Our services are mainly in English, but we always worship in many different languages.

Growth

Everyone has questions and together we try to help each other in our faith journeys. We meet every Sunday for our weekly service and have regular gatherings to pray and study the bible. We also host (bi-)weekly homegroups where people can get come together and have a safe place to ask questions and continue to grow.

And of course for the little ones we have special catered Sunday schools where they learn every week on different topics from the Bible.

“Cross Culture Christian Fellowship is one community of people from various backgrounds, ages, generations and ethnicities living as disciples of Jesus through meaningful relationships and serving God and our fellow humans.”

Goals

The goal of Cross Culture Christian Fellowship (CCCF) is to promote the growth of the kingdom of Jesus the Messiah from an Evangelical Lutheran confession. We will achieve this by:

  • Strengthening members’ personal faith in, and commitment to, Jesus Christ, as Lord and Saviour and deepening their love for the work of God

  • Helping people come to faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour

  • Inspiring and equipping members to share their faith using their gifts

  • Participating in and serving their local communities and society at large

  • Facilitating the making of mature disciples of Jesus Christ, within a multicultural society
